I founded Harris HR Consultancy after a successful career working at senior management level within a number of sectors.
I have successfully managed teams all my working life and pride myself on creating environments where staff feel valued and morale remains high, whilst ensuring business remains stable and profitable through growth and recession.
As an accomplished HR professional, I deal with difficult staff issues that can be stressful and time consuming for employers. I also help employers meet their legal obligations and work with them to embed all the positive HR activities that will reduce staff and workplace issues in the future.
I have 10 years of expertise helping public and private sector businesses meet their obligations under the Equality Act 2010 and I have won coveted industry awards for my previous employer including inclusive culture in the workplace and support for disabled employees.
I love working with business owners to help them achieve success and through my own experiences know that a happy, motivated workforce is the beating heart of any successful business.
