We are always just a phone call or email away when you have a query and will always attend in person when needed - we are here to help you with those difficult staff meetings such as disciplinary or redundancy.
We will agree a fixed fee to undertake a special project for you to help you manage your costs. For example, this could be to introduce a performance appraisal system or absence management procedure.
Ideal for businesses that require regular, expert HR support. Based on a reduced hourly rate and offering a more predictable monthly cost. Hours not used are banked for future use.
Ad-hoc, pay as you go consultancy
Flexible support when you need it either by telephone, email or face to face, either on or off site. Based on an hourly rate and invoiced when our services have been used.
